Main House:

Weekly rental:
Peak Summer Season 2008 is fully rented
Peak Summer Season 2009 (Jul 01-Sept. 5) ….$2000/week, 2nd week $1700.
Foliage Season 2008 (Sept 27 - Oct 18)……………………$1400/week.
Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years 2008…………..$1400/week
Low Season (Sept 6 - Sept 27, Oct 18 - June 31)….$1200/week

Daily Rental:
Oct 18 - May 15 …………..$250/ night. (3-night minimum, 4th night free)

Well behaved preapproved dogs o.k., pet fee- $25/day/pet (2 dogs maximum).
2 dogs maximum).

Monthly Rental:
Possible Oct 20-Jun 15 ………………… $1500/month + utilities

3-month minimum lease.

$100 cleaning fee. Security/damage deposit of $500
Plus 9% VT Rooms Tax on rentals 30 days or less.

Credit Card accepted (2% fee)
