2009/2010 Rental Rates-

MAIN HOUSE:

WEEKLY RENTAL:

Peak Summer Season 2010 (July 3 -Sept. 4) ….$1900/week, 2nd week $1700 (WEEKLY ONLY)

June 2010 (June 6-July 2)…..$1200/week (WEEKLY ONLY)

Fall/Winter/Spring (Sept 12 - June 5)……$1000/week , (including Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years but not Middlebury College graduation weeks)

Middlebury Graduation: Mid-Year…..$1,200/week; May….$1600/week (WEEKLY ONLY)

NIGHTLY RENTAL:
Oct 24 - May 15 (holidays weekly only) …………..$200/ night. (3-night minimum, 4th night free)

Well behaved preapproved dogs OK, pet fee- $25/day/pet (2 dogs maximum)

$100 cleaning fee. Security/damage deposit of $500
Plus 9% VT Rooms Tax on rentals 30 days or less.

Credit Card accepted (2% fee)
