Lower Level: Family Room (queen size sofa bed) and Game Area with lake front patio/lawn. Office, full Bath and washer/dryer.
Wood floors, pellet stove, barbeque, ceiling fans, window air conditioners, well stocked video, music, game and book library and much more. Relaxing wraparound mid-level deck off Great Room and lower level patio with spectacular lake and mountain views and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Gentle slope to beach with boat launching access. Row boat, kayak and paddle boat provided free. Large level lawns perfect for entertaining, sports or just relaxing. No smoking please. Well behaved dogs o.k., $25/day/dog pet fee (2 dogs maximum).

Perfect place to stay while visiting Middlebury College students and/or attending events such as parent’s weeks, orientation, graduation. Also plenty of room for family reunions.
Adjacent Cottage- Owned by my brother and is available to rent separately or at the same time as the main house (rental arranged through my brother). It is on a separate lot, also overlooks the lake and has been fully remodeled. This is a fully furnished “vintage camp” and has a well equiped kitchen/living room, enclosed sleeping/eating porch, bathroom and a detached guest/bunk house. A large deck off the sleeping porch overlooks the lake. Stairs from the cottage lead to its own beach area and dock. Canoes and row boats supplied. Will sleep up to 6 people.
